XP Service Pack 2 & Outlook Express

S

Stewart Hellen

Ever since I installed XP Home Service Pack 2, Outlook Express will launch
automatically on startup. I use Outlook Express as my default e-mail
application, and it is not contained in my start up folder.

This problem started immediately after I installed the service pack.

I am running a Sony VGN-A115S laptop with Windows XP home Service Pack 2.

Any idea's anyone?

With OE open.. look under TOOLS - GENERAL TAB.. in the 'send/receive'
section, there is a drop down box with connection options listed..
