XP Registered

I purchased my SONY Vaio 991 Desktop from Sam's Club
which was a "LAST ITEM" display model. System Properties
show MS Windows XP Registered to: Sam's Club. Is there
any way this can be changed to show my name as the
Registered owner? Will it cause me any problems later on
if something comes up and I'm not the registered owner,
or does it really manner. Thanks Randy.
