Office XP Registered Owner

I know that I am in the wrong place, but hope someone can help. I have
Office XP, and need to change the name of the registered owner (last name).
How do I go about it? I have the original disks and can re-install, but
don't want to have to re-activate. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
