XP Reboots

I can't get XP to shutdown, it just reboots instead. After turning off auto
restart i get the message c000021a (fatal system error) 0x00000080
(0x00000000 0x00000000) when it turns off. Does anyone know what this means
or where i can find out to fix the problem?
