I upgraded my comp. from 98 to xp. i completed the setup n after the comp restart i get the message " stop: c000021a { Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process System process terminated unexpectantly with a status of 0x00000080 (0x00000000 0x00000000)
The system has been shot down "

I have no idea what to do next because xp is already on the system but not starting. Desperately in need.

first how much hard drive space do you have and how much ram?
