Windows won't start after turning on computer - message
comes up stating: "We apologize for the inconvenience,
but Windows did not start successfully. A recent HW or
SW change might have caused this." Then there are
several choices: 1) Safe Mode; 2) Safe Mode
w/networking; 3)Safe Mode with Command Prompt; 4)Last
known good configuration; 5)Start Windows normally.
There is a 30 second time limit that counts down to 0,
then computer freezes. Computer freezes even when >make
a choice. HELP!!!
Changed BIOS to try booting from XP CD - went back to
same screen listed above. Any other suggestions?
