XP Pro Taskbar Keeps Dissapearing

My taskbar keeps dissapearing, I have checked the Auto Hide option, and its
not that. If I press the Windows key, it appears, and it only dissapears
when I have a maximized window open. Is there an option somewhere to keep
the windows taskbar on top?

I have checked for virus/spyware etc and found nothing. It's driving me
crazy.

Wow.......... I cannot believe that the number of times I looked at the
taskbar properies I never noticed the keep on top option.............. more
coffee needed today I think!!
