XP Pro and renaming My Docs folders

I've got a machine running XP Pro. It's connected to a Win 2003 Server network.
Currently the My Docs folder name is
My Documents.OldComputerName
The computer was renamed but the My Docs folder still has the old username
attached to it.
The user would like the My Docs folder renamed to
My Documents.NewComputerName (please don't ask why, it's complicated).
If I back up all the files in the folder, delete the users account then
re-create it will that update the name of the My Docs folder ?

This should be extremely easy to do!

Simply, right click on the My Doucments folder, and change the target.
