Blew Motherboard, Cant get Data from My Docs

Blew Motherboard, Cant get Data from My Documents folder. I moved the
hard drive to my other xp pro pc, i can see all files except i can not
access my documents under my user account only.
My Docs contains 1 subfolder which is encrypted. I need to access a
different subfolder.
Whats up with that?

In XP Home you have to boot in safe mode to see the security tab. In XP Pro
you have to disable simple file sharing.
