I have successfully installed a Wireless-G Broadband
Router from Linksys to share a broadband connection in our
house. I am using Wireless-G PCI Desktop Adapters from
Linksys for a Win 98 and a Win XP Home computer. The Win
98 computer picks up the network fine, but I cannot get
the XP Home to detect any available networks. I have
downloaded the newest drivers, etc. and have tried all I
can think of: putting in the adapter from the 98 machine,
physically putting the XP Home machine next to the router,
etc. Linksys tech support can't figure out why, except to
blame XP SP1. My computer's own tech support suggests I
call Linksys again. Any thoughts?
