Since I done a reinstallation of XP-Home edition on the computer, after
formating the hard drive, the folder for program always comes up when logging
in. The same happens for all users on the computer. I can´t find out why. If
anybody have a sugestion to solve this, I will be greatful. However it´s not
a big problem, but I want to understand why it came up now and if possible
solve it.

It is most likely trying to run something out of "Program Files".
The quotes were probably left off, so it treats the space as a delimiter
and only sees the word "Program" as the thing to execute.

Get something to let you see what programs are starting up on your
computer. There are many such utilities available.

Thanks.
This solved it. I found out that "mmtask" refered to c:\program folder.
mmtask should not run on XP, so it was only to take the string off.
