XP Embedded Virtual CD Programs

Hi,

Has anyone had any luck in finding a Virtual CD mounting tool with Windows
XP Embedded? We have tried Alcohol 52%/120%, however as XP Embedded appears
to be missing some components the installation errors when it tries to
install the SCSI Miniport Driver (for CD Drive emulation).

We have tried the Microsoft ISO Mounting utility, however this is a bit too
'hands on' for the users who are on the XP Embedded terminals.

If anyone has come across this problem and found a suitable program, we'd
appreciate any help/comments.

I'm not quite sure where your problem is originating.

I've been using Alcohol 120% for a couple years; w/o SP1, w/SP1, w/SP2.
Under Windows XP SP2, two entries are in Device Manager.

(1) SCSI and RAID Controller
(1a) AXSAKI SCSI Controller

(2) DVD / CD-Rom drives
(2a) AXV CD/DVD-Rom SCSI CdRom Device

You've indicated usage across a network. I have a home-based network and
have shared the emulated DVD / CD-Rom drive without any problems there either.
