XP Embedded in Point Of Sale (POS)

Has anybody tried using XP Embedded on any of the touchscreen
terminals offered by J2 Retail Systems? I know they have some
thin-client touchscreen products available.

We have a restaurant and we are developing our own POS software and
we'd like to use the J2 touchscreen terminals, but I want some
feedback before I go and by them.

I am developing a similar app, using an all-in-one system
that has a touch screen. I developed a generic image,
and manually loaded the touch screen drivers after the OS
install completes. It works like a charm. The system
I'm working with uses drivers by ELO
(http://www.elotouch.com/). Never heard of J2, but hope
this helps some.
