xp crashing...help needed!!

ive had a problem for a while now with my pc crashing and
giving me error messages.reinstalling xp doesnt have any
advantage. my last 3 error messages since reinstalling
windows are below. can anyone link these 3 error messages
to hopefully pinpoint ny problem?? thanks

0x0000007a seems like a memory error. See if this helps

Also, I get the 0x0000007a when I overclock my system too hard and throw to
much voltage at it trying to get it stable.
