0x10000050 error

I have 2 XP pro sp1 workstation getting the following
bugcheck:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x10000050 (0xe319b000, 0x00000000, 0xbf9ba7c5,
0x00000001). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini060904-01.dmp.

I search on MS knowledgebase and did not find any info on
this (0x10000050).
Anyone familiar with this?
