wrong server name

help

when i check my email, its states that the host server cannot be
found.....it just says 'windstream' and i think it should read my email
address...can't get emails or send emails

If after doing that you still get an error message when you try to
send or receive, right-click on your error message, copy, then paste
it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
