Perhaps you can clean things up by using the following Microsoft
Knowledge Base article and MSDN articles for an overview. And an
export of the settings from my Windows XP Professional workstation
(unmodified), and export of Jerold Schulman's settings (his has an
additional entry - MLCFG32.CPL), for the specifics.
