wowexec.exe

my computer had wowexec.exe deleted accidently before i
knew what it was. in order to do a lot of things with my
computer i need it. i got the file from a friend but the
files still will not acknowledge that it is there. what
do i do in order to use wowexec.exe to run my programs,
any and all help appreciated, please mail
