WNetEnum Cached Passwords error??

when I try to attach pictures from PS Elements to e-mail from PS Elem, I get
the following error message: <<The procedure entry point
WNetEnumCachedPasswords could not be located in the dynamic link library
MPR.dll>> Clearly this is some kind of Windows system error......any help??
(runningWin XP home)

If you copy that to notepad, it'll line up nicely.

The Modified Date I have on it is:
Thursday, August 23, 2001, 8:00:00 AM

So it might have received a minor update shortly after it was
released.

The file is found here:

C:\Windows\System32\mpr.dll

Check the time and date on it by right clicking on it. You'll want
to look at the Modified Date.

Let us know what you see there and get back to us.
