I hope someone can help me. After installing Incredimail
and trying to upgrade, I get the following message: "The
procedure entry point WNetEnumCachedPasswords could not
be located in the dynamic link library MPR.dll". I am
unable to upgrade Incredimail or Adobe Photoshop. Please
help.

The wrong version of the MPR.DLL may have been copied.

On my Win XP Pro SP1 updated with all current patches mine is version
5.1.2600.0, if yours is a lower version you might try extracting it and
replacing it.
