WJView Error

Every time I start my computer, a box titled "WJView
Error" pops up saying "ERROR:
java.lang.NoClasDefFoundError:c" and I assume there is
more but it is cut off by the end of the box.
Any idea what this is? I found what I think is a match by
searching Microsoft Help, but it didn't give a solution
really.
