Wiping Hard Drive

I need to wipe my hard drive and re-install Xp because my
little brother got my computer loaded with spy-ware from
some programs he downloaded. I use the computer for
college only so I was wondering if anyone knew how to
wipe everything so I have a clean hard drive to re-
install on?
