WinXP won't load after SP2 install..

Hi...I am getting the following when I boot.."Shutdown initiated by NT
Authority\system" A message box states: "Windows must now restart because the
DCOM Server Process Launcher Service terminated unexpectantly" HELP!!(and
thanks!)
