WINUPDATE.exe, (missing file)

I recently updated MS2000 to SP4, installed Norton
Internet Security and ran Norton Virus Check. The
following was identified and deleted from my computer by
Norton. When I rebooted my notebook the following popped
up... missing WINUPDATE.exe file. I did a C: search and
yes it is gone.

How do I replace the file?

I did a search and did not find win2000.reg either.
I am using NT Professional
