Compatability seems to be an issue that keeps raising its
ugly head. Now the error report is indicating a driver
recently installed is a problem, but I haven't installed
any..How do I discover which driver is the issue...I can't
seem to find the Device Manager on XP? Is there a site
where I can check compatibility for my other hardwares and
softwares?? I thought I had the hardwares resolved with
updates, but now software is an issue as well.
Thank you

Device Manager is located as follows:
Control Panel\System\Hardware\Device Manager.

As to the compatibility issue, ALWAYS an issue when moving to a new
operating system, try this, place the XP CD in the drive, when the setup
screen appears, select "Check System Compatibility." The report it
generates may give a clue as to the source of the issue. If you have a
recovery CD as opposed to an XP CD, the utility known as Upgrade Advisor can
be downloaded from the following site:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/howtobuy/upgrading/advisor.asp

Also, go to Control Panel, open Administrative Tools, open Event Viewer,
look for errors, likely recurring errors based on your original post, double
click the error, the information within may give a clue as to the source of
the issue.
