I get this message,

(x) NVIDIA AGP filter

'I clicked details & tried these steps didn't work

The currently installed driver for the NVIDIA NForce device is not
compatible with this version of Microsoft Windows. Setup will not be able to
complete.
To download a new NVIDIA NForce driver, visit NVIDIA's Web site. Web
addresses can change, so you might be unable to connect to this Web site.

For a list of devices supported by this version of Windows, see the list of
compatible hardware on the Microsoft Web site.

PLEAZE, someone help me I baught Windows XP Professional and cant use it,

[Microsoft Video Driver OCA Triage]

Try downloading the latest Nvidia AGP Filter driver from here:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_udp_winxp_3.13
After you install this you should be able to upgrade to XP Pro.
