Windows XP Won't Start

When I start windows XP, as in I turn no my computer, It will com up with
this black screen saying that there was a boot problem. It then gives me the
options to Start Windows Normally, Start in Safe Mode, Start in Safe Mode
with Command Prompt, and Start in Safe Mode with networking. I have tried all
of the startup options, but my computer keeps restarting and coming up with
the same message, no matter what I do. It is stuck in a circle, and I don't
know how to get it out.

Hi

If none of those options allow you access to Windows you can try a 'Repair'
install of XP:

"How to Perform a Windows XP Repair Install"
http://michaelstevenstech.com/XPrepairinstall.htm

depending on which type of XP CD you have.

That is a good idea, but I can't even get to the login screen, it will
shutdown while it is at the part with the Windows XP logo, and the loading
bar. Also, I don't want to even think about risking all of my files, thanks
though.

Is there a way that I can send in my hard drive and have them just take all
of my files off of it and put it on a new one, then won't my computer work if
I reinstall windows xp? I might even go for Vista :/ . However, my computer
still won't come out of this cycle, no matter what I try.

Hi

Yes, you take your computer into a shop for them to have a look at it, but
the file extraction from the hard may be very expensive depends on whether
they can access Windows or not.
