WINDOWS XP REINSTALL FREEZES

Nortons free trial expired so I deleted it... along with files that were in
quarantine. End result was a crash. I tried to reinstall/recover using the
windows xp cd, but it would keep crashing, so I formatted. I tried to
reinstall but when I get to the windows setup blue screen, it just freezes.
When I reboot I get the NTLDR is missing message. So, I can't reinstall
windows. I reset the BIOS by pulling the jumper, but no luck. Any
suggestions??

Remove the partition and do a clean instll of XP. If you just delete Norton
software, without un-installing it, you will always have this problem.
Norton "seems" to integrate completely into Windows XP's registry.
