What is the difference between Windows XP Home Edition English International
and Windows XP Home Edition?
Does the English International version let you have English words like
Colour and NOT Color?

"Let you have"? You can use any words you want and spell them any way
you want. Spell it "color," "colour," or "kuler"--Windows doesn't care
at all.

A spell checker might flag some words as misspelled, but note two
points:

1. Spell checkers come with applications, not with Windows.

2. Even if a spell checker flagged a word you don't think is
misspelled, it doesn't come close to not "let[ting] you have" the word
spelled the way you want it. All it does is make a recommendation that
you are free to accept or not, as you choose.
