When I start up I get an error message "Get Process Image File Name W
psapi.dll Motive sb.exe" can I get some help to get rid of this? I saw
something the other day about this problem but I can't find it again

you can probably go to run>msconfig and go to startup tab. disable the motive
processes..... then reboot. if you want to use motive then download it and
reinstall it again. if you are not sure which are the processes for motive
then you can download a freeware like task info from
http://www.iarsn.com/download.html
this program can give you full name descriptions on the processes loaded on
your system.... find out which one is motive and disable it from your
msconfig.....
