Windows xp causing problems with Medion Home cinema

Hi
Can anyone help, i have a program call medion home cinema, and when ever i
try to launch the TV side of it, i get a message saying "PCM2 MFC Application
has encountered a problem and needs to close, we are sorry for the
inconvenience
DEBUG SEND ERROR REPORT DONT SEND
(AppName PCM2.exe, App Ver: 1.0.0.1, ModName MFC42.dll, ModVer: 6.2.4131.0
Offset 0000439c) Not sure if the info is relevant but this is what comes up
in the report.
I send the error report and get the message that the problem is caused by
windows, i have tried everything i can think of, such as system restore,
uninstalling and reinstalling, but it wont work, the TV is the only part of
this program that wont work and the rest still does, if anyone has had this
problem or knows how to rectify it, it would most greatly be appreciated
