Hello everybody

I've noticed that in windows xp a 20% of the total bandwith available in my internet conection is reserved by microsoft for doing something that I don't know. And...the obvious question is.. do you know which are the purposes of microsoft with this bandwith reservation? is for making easier the operating system updates? is for passing some kind of information?

Thanks in advance

All of the bandwidth is available to you, Cristina, and none of it is
reserved by Microsoft. Please see this Microsoft Knowledge Base
