Windows won't recognize blank DVD

S

Stefan

Am trying to burn a wedding video onto a DVD using
Windows movie maker. Have captured and saved the file on
my hard drive, but when I try and burn it onto a DVD-R my
Windows program does not recognize the blank DVD in my LG
DVD burner. I am able to burn the same file on the same
LG burner after converting it to a MPEG file from WMV
(using software which came with the LG burner. Running XP
Pro on a Pentium 4 with 1 Meg RAM, one DVD player and one
DVD burner, two 80 Gig hard drives. Any suggestions on
how I can get Windows to recognize the blank DVD-R exists?

The best thing to do might be to contact the maker of the DVD burning
software you are using.
