Windows update stuck - SP2

I've installed the SP2 beta and I have automatic updates turned on. The
problem is that the icon in the system that informs me that updates are
being downloaded is stuck on 46 percent.

I assume it must be trying to download the final version of SP2. Does
anybody have any ideas how to sort this problem out? Can I kill a process in
Task Manager and start again?

This download should be around 30 MB for you. How long does it hang on
you? Have you tried leaving it running overnight or anything? I would
suggest just downloading Service Pack 2 Network install if Automatic
Updates isn't working well for you ;)
