Windows Update Problems

Here it is:
The new windows update "globe" pops up in the system tray
almost every other day. It started about 2-3 weeks ago.
The first two times I saw it, I installed the update, and
restarted. After seeing the "globe" for the third time,
I looked to see what the update was. It was KB835732. I
installed that update, and restarted. A day later, the
globe came back. It once again said I needed to install
KB835732, so I did. But I have since seen the "globe"
about 5 more times, and it is always for security update
KB835732. My guess is I have now downloaded and
installed that same update 4 times since the beginning.
I have started to just cancel the installation now. When
I go to add/remove programs in the Control Panel, it says
I have installed KB835732. Is this an XP problem, or is
there a bug on the Deloitte network that keeps pushing
that one update out to me? Thanks for the help.

OS Name: Microsoft Windows XP Professional
Version: 5.1.2600 Build 2600

Possible solutions:

1 - Delete or rename the folder c:\windows\system32\catroot2

Then do the updates again.

2 - Start/stop the auto-update service.

Start, control panel, administrative tools, services, right click automatic
updates, click stop. Right click again, click start.
