Error in Windows Update

I just recently upgraded from 2000 to XP Pro. Everything works fine except my
Windows Update. It keeps downloading KB835732 and installing it. It is the
only critical update that is available on the website. No SP's have
downloaded. Any thoughts?

Why have "no SP's" been installed?

Go to control panel and select ADD-REMOVE PROGRAMS, then scroll down to the
update that is causing trouble, and remove it.
