windows socket error

I got the following message and can't seem to solve the
problem. Any suggestion?

Windows socket error: An operation on a socket could not
be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer
space or because a queue was full(10055) on API 'connect'.

This is usually a result of Spyware lacking the necessary permissions and decent engineering. Check your system for spyware with:

AdAware 6
BHO Demon
HijackThis
CWShredder

You can find all these easily on http://www.google.com the last three are free.
