I reinstalled SP2. Now many of my services are not working. If I run
services.msc, many of the standard services are stopped or disabled, and I
cannot start them. When I click on the "Extended" tab. Nothing appears.
How can I reactivate all the services?

Why - what problems in particular caused this reinstallation?

Now many of my services are not working.

Did you perform a clean install from scratch or did you just re-install
the SP2 update on top of the existing installation? What malware status?
