I intalled a photo program for a trial period now that
the trial period is long over when I try to open a photo
attachment it wants to open with the program trial how
can I sent windows to open all my photo attachments using

You need to restore the link between your desired viewer and the file
extension of the pictures. My computer, tools, folder options, file
type, select the file type and edit "open"

Uninstalling the trial program, if you have not yet done so, will most
likely return the file associations to the way they were before that program
was installed.
