picture and fax viewer

After downloading sp2 and a couple of spyware programs.
When I click on any saved picture on my computer it opens
it with Microsoft Photo Editor. Windows used to use
Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. How can I set the default
to open pictures with Picture and Fax Viewer instead of
Photo Editor?

Right-click on a picture file, select "Properties",
under the "General" tab select "Open with",
select "Change", select "Windows Picture
and Fax Viewer", place a check next to
"Always use the selected program to open
this kind of file", then click Apply.
