Windows Messenger Sign In Problem

I have several users who are getting an Exchange Instant Messaging sign in failure message and being prompted to validate their passwords. They type in the correct password and it is still rejected. I can then go to their computers and log in as me and it works fine so I know there is nothing wrong with the settings on their computers.

We are using Version 4.7
