windows mail

my windows mail is running,I can send and receive mail, but when I click on
a link e-mail on the web, I see a window that says the default mail client
is not installed correctly.I am also went to instruments-options and it
confirms that windows mail is mail default.If can you help me. thanks

Control Panel | Programs | Make a file type always open in a specific
program (under Default Programs)
Scroll down to the bottom and make sure MAILTO is set to Windows Mail
