Hi Dave,

I have the same problem and all 3 options for making Win Mail the Default
are selected. Does everyone else's work OK? If it is just a few then what
is causing the problem? Are there any Win Mail updates that might help?
Could I use Outlook Express instead of Win Mail?

Please help

I don't know what causes this problem.
If you have Outlook installed, then it will take over all defaults, even
after getting updates.
There's only been a couple of updates for Windows Mail in the past 18
months. It's essentially dead, having been replaced with the newer Windows
Live mail.
No, Outlook Express cannot be used on Vista.
