RBL= Real-time Black List, that is, a frequently updated list of spam
originators, which is consulted on-the-fly by mail servers.
So, your IP address 200.50.72.156, which belongs to
"Cable & Wireless Grenada" is reported to have sent spam, and is
therefore being blocked.

Forward that error message to your ISP, if you are lucky it will get through
to them?

Call them on the telephone and tell them to sort out their blacklisting for
Spam.

So I am down here in Grenada studying medicine and I am in a community dorm
where I share the same IP address with other students. I was able to find out
and confirm that it was blocked through a composite block listing website. I
have requested the block to be removed and it said it should be removed in
about an hour......ah the powers of google. I will let you know how it turns
out.

Stuff happens. It never hurts to have access to an alternate SMTP server.
You can get a free Gmail account (http://gmail.com), configure it for
POP access, set it up in Windows Mail, and use it for sending when
the smtp.fuse.net server is not working.
