Error code sending mail

I receive the following error when sending mail that I forward or reply to.
But, it seems to send the mail after restarting Windows Mail.

An unknown error has occurred. Subject 'Fw: day 26', Account: 'eastex.net',
Server: 'outbound.eastex.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 This
system is configured to reject mail from 166.165.253.69 [166.165.253.69] (DNS
reverse lookup failed)', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error
Number: 0x800CCC69

That is not an error in Windows Mail. Windows Mail is merely showing you the
error it received from the mail server. Your IP address of 166.165.253.69 is
being rejected, so probably you need to configure your email account in
WinMail to use authentication. Tools|Accounts, double-click your account,
click the Server tab, check the box for Outgoing Mail Server, My server
required authentication.

The IP address in the error message indicates that your computer is
connected to Wireless Data SPCO...

and Eastex.net is blocking access to the Eastex email servers.

You need to configure WM to use the SMTP server on WDSPCO, or connect to
Eastex's network.
Or find out if Eastex has an authenthicated SMTP server (port other than 25)
to use.

The problem is that your IP address does not have reverse DNS enabled.
What this means is that the server (outbound.eastex.net) tried to do a lookup
on your IP (166.165.253.69) to see what domain it belongs to. I have done
so myself and have confirmed that the lookup fails. According to a network
lookup, that IP belongs to a wireless provider in New Jersey.
As an anti-spam measure, many mail servers will refuse to provide access
to an IP without reverse DNS. Were you using a laptop at a random Wi-Fi
hotspot? Please confirm your circumstances so I can give you some
workarounds.
