I have this problem too. I learned today that Bell/Sympatico operates off
Windows Live servers. So although I have a deal with Bell for my internet
service Microsoft/Hotmail/Live have control over what is blocked.

I don't have a Hotmail account because of lots of missed or lost emails. I
was not sending to a hotmail account.

I was initially told by Bell that they had nothing to do with it, and can't
block emails - even suggested it was my operating system (!). Ultimately,
they acknowledge that the problem was MS/Hotmail blocking and then said they
would call. They were not able to find the problem and "we will have someone
call you back with a solution - perhaps in a couple of hours."

Priceless. Bell and MS what a wonderful combo.

If you don't like your current mail service provider, switch to a
different one. Gmail is free and dependable.
