I have to reboot and windows mail work fine for a while but have to repeat
reboot every time I get message

You might check your setup:

If this does not help, what antivirus programs do you have? Some of
them cause assorted problems in Windows Mail, seldom immediately.

Thanks for the reply, I will recheck settings. Mafee came installed with the
computer and have been using for about eight months.

McAfee is one of the antivirus programs for which most versions cause
assorted problems in Windows Mail, although seldom immediately.
Norton is the other, and a recent antivirus program from Trend also
causes such problems. To stop any of these programs from creating
new problems, you need to uninstall them, not just disable them.

For McAfee, also run the cleanup program:

You may even need to remove your email account under Windows
Mail, then create it again, for more cleanup.

If this fixes your problem, you may want a replacement antivirus
program. I recommend either avast! or AVG, either one with
a custom install that tells it to leave out the part that scans email.
