windows mail disconnects when access mail.

Every time I open "windows e-mail" it disconnects from the internet and I
have to dial-up again to receive mail. When I click on "tools" and "accounts"
and "properies" the computer "freezes up". Any solution?

Click on Tools, then Options, then Connection. If there is no check mark in
the
box before Ask before switching dial-up connections, click on this box, then
Apply. If there is a check mark in the box before Hang up after sending and
receiving, click on this box, then Apply. Click on OK. Restart Windows
Mail.
