Windows mail contacts transfer

Can anyone tell me how to transfer my Windows mail contacts to Microsoft
Outlook, or Incredimail, I would like to do this to have a back up of my
contacts and another email client.

I use incredimail and I would try exporting from windows mail as a csv file
and then you can import them into incredimail.
