windows installer at boot

Windows XP Pro
When I boot my system Windows Installer starts and seems to be trying to
install Trayapp, whatever that is. It tells me that what it is looking for is
on a CD and for me to insert the CD.
Can someone tell me how I may get rid of this, please?
